Jason Kimelman

Jason obtained his law degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.

Jason handles all personal injury claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability (i.e. slip and falls, etc.), and assaults. In addition, Jason will take care of all collateral issues including accident benefit claims, long term disability claims, Canada Pension Plan appeals and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board hearings.

Jason takes pride in solving problems and catering to all of his clients' needs.

When not working, Jason enjoys sports, music, food and spending time with his wife and 3 boys.

Jason is on the International Board of Directors for Brothers for Life and is a proud donor to The Hospital for Sick Children.
