Kevin graduated in 1994 from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University). He was called to the Ontario bar in 1996. For the last 26 years Kevin has practiced exclusively in the area of plaintiff personal injury litigation.
He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, among others.
In his spare time Kevin enjoys travel and spending time with his family and friends.
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyer's Association.
Kevin has published articles in the Litigator and the Advocate and one of his cases was featured in Macleans magazine.
