We are Kevin Wolf and Jason Kimelman and we formed Wolf Kimelman in September of 2006. We had previously worked together at another law firm and decided to form our own boutique plaintiff personal injury litigation practice.

Since we shared the same beliefs and values of both honesty and integrity, we knew that we would both be able to bring our personal experiences to the table and brainstorm ideas that would provide effective outcomes for our clients. We created a firm with a philosophy of aggressively representing our clients, but also striving to achieve the best possible outcomes in the shortest period of time.

Since our collaboration sixteen years ago, Wolf Kimelman has gone through many changes. Today, there is a more competitive element to our practice due to the sudden influx of personal injury firms in the province. We also have faced challenges because of the legislative changes and consolidation in the insurance industry.

However, one thing that hasn’t changed over the years is the gratification that comes with owning our own business. Representing injured people and their families, and obtaining compensation for them, has proved to be rewarding to us as well. It is an honor to represent all our clients and to see how our actions have made a difference in the quality of their lives after a tragic accident.

Some of the most satisfying moments in our business pertain to taking over a client’s file from their previous lawyer, who gave-up on them, and being able to aggressively revamp a strategy and obtain great results for the client. We have put a lot of hard work into building our business over the years and believe that a lot of our success can be measured by the outcome of our clients’ cases and how satisfied they are with their results.

Of course, it’s not all work and no play for us. We really value a balance and in our spare time you will find us either playing or coaching hockey and spending time with family and friends.
